Volunteer for the Tour
You can sign up for volunteer positions HERE for the Tours on September 18-19. Select the appropriate event and date and follow the instructions. You will receive email confirmation. Note that you can sign up for multiple times if you wish.
Please note that this event is run entirely by volunteers, and your presence is crucial to the success of the event. All volunteers will be required to attend a training session before the event on one of the following dates. You only need to attend the portion of the training you are doing on the tour, but are welcome to come along for a sneak peak at all the locations.

Saturday September 11 Training:
Location Guide: Moerlein Brewery (1621 Moore): 9AM - 10:30AM
Location Guide: Crown Brewery (131 East McMicken): 10:30AM - 12:00PM
Location Guide: Kauffman Brewery (1622 Vine): 12:00PM - 1:30PM
Check-in & Tour Guides (1621 Moore): 1:30PM - 3:30PM
Sunday September 12 Training:
Location Guide: Moerlein Brewery (1621 Moore): 10AM - 11:30AM
Location Guide: Crown Brewery (131 East McMicken): 11:30AM - 1:00PM
Location Guide: Kauffman Brewery (1622 Vine): 1:00PM - 2:30PM
Check-in & Tour Guides (1621 Moore): 2:30PM - 4:30PM
Volunteer duties include:
Check-in: Volunteers staff the check-in desk at the Moerlein Brewery (1621 Moore Street).
Location Guide: Volunteers staff the brewery sites (Crown Brewery 131 East McMicken Street and Kauffman Brewery 1622 Vine Street). One person gives a portion of the tour while the second and third people help keep the group together and on time.
Tour Guide: Volunteers go on the tour with a single group of 50 people. One person gives a portion of the tour while the second person helps keep the group together and on time.
Volunteer for the Oktobefest Event
You can sign up for volunteer positions HERE to help pour beer and sell merchandise at the event location.
There will also be a need for volunteers to help set up and break down the event. Just show up and we'll put you to work! (all locations at 1621 Moore)
Saturday September 11: 9AM - 5PM
Friday September 17: 9AM - 5PM
Monday September 20: 9AM - 5PM
